Sales Professional

An exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join Sainsbury Automotive, the largest locally owned dealership in the Central West, as part of our dynamic sales team. With the addition of several new franchises, including Ram Trucks, we are experiencing growth within our business and are looking for a driven Sales Professional to join our team.

The Role

As an essential member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing customers with an exceptional customer service experience while working both independently and within a team environment.

This role will provide the successful candidate with fantastic earning potential as well as ongoing support and training both internally and directly with the manufacturers.

Your duties in this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
  • Creating memorable experiences for each customer
  • Demonstrating exceptional levels of professionalism
  • Utilising a variety of tools and resources to create new prospective customers and business opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 12 months sales experience – preferably in Automotive sales
  • Engaging people and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Professional phone manner
  • Self-motivated & ambitious
  • A willingness to learn & develop your personal & professional skills
  • Competency in the use of various computer systems
  • A positive demeanour
  • The ability to operate individually and as part of a team
  • A focus on providing the highest level of customer service

To be a successful candidate you must hold a current drivers licence.
